Why Dropping Gleeb Was the Smart Choice for TSM

Over the past week Team Solo Mid (TSM) has decided to drop their support player Gleebglarbu with less than a month before playoffs. TSM is currently tied for second place in the NA LCS with two other teams; Cloud 9, and Counter Logic Gaming with a record of 13 wins and 9 losses. Gleeb was not only under performing, but was also causing personal issues within the team. Many agree that Gleeb was playing alright for his first time playing in professional League of Legends, but alright is simply not good enough for a world class team that is TSM. Replacing Gleeb is Lustboy a former OGN Korean pro, and very good friend of Locodoco (TSM's new coach).

Doing a roster swap less than a month before playoffs is a huge risk that could result in TSM not making it to worlds. Something had to be done. The competition in North American had risen dramatically since the 2014 Spring Split. TSM was no longer confident enough that they would make it past playoffs and onto worlds. TSM feels that Lustboy is much better than Gleeb and that he will give them a better shot of going to worlds. We'll see if TSM improves enough to beat out the other teams or if adding Lustboy was an even bigger mistake.

My opinion is that this was a smart choice for TSM. Gleeb wasn't up to par with the rest of the team and was only holding them back. Combine this with the fact he was causing personal issues inside the team and I think this roster swap was necessary in order for TSM to make it to worlds.

WreslteMania 30 Match Predictions

WrestleMania 30 is less than a week away and I just wanted to take a few minutes to make my predictions on who I think is going to win. These are the matches that will be apart of WrestleMania 30: Vickie Guerrero's Diva Championship Invitational, Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, The Shield vs Kane and the New Age Outlaws, WWE Tag Team Championship Fatal 4-way Match, John Cena vs Bray Wyatt, The Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan vs Triple, Randy Orton vs Batista vs the winner of the Triple H and Daniel Bryan match.

Vickie Guerrero's Diva Championship Invitational: This one is going to be hard to predict because it has over ten participants in the match and none of them really stick out as a clear favorite. I could easily see A.J Lee losing the title in this match because then at least she has an excuse for losing the title. I think what is probably going to happen is that Tamina Snuka, A.J, and another diva will be the last three after all the other divas have been eliminated. A.J will look like she is in a strong position to win the match, but then Tamina will super kick A.J  or something along those lines and eliminate her. Then it will be just Tamina and the last remaining diva, which I think will be one of the Bella twins, Naomi, or Natalya. Whoever it is against Tamina I think will win the match in the end. If I had to pick one I think Natalya will win, but this match is the hardest to pick the winner for.

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal: I almost thought this would be the hardest match to pick a winner for but after looking at who is in the match I think I have two clear winners. The two people I think that will win this match are The Big Show, and Alexander Rusev. Both these men are HUGE, and will have a very easy time eliminating other superstars and will be very hard to eliminate. One's a rookie and the other a veteran, and it really depends on what WWE wants to do with the match. Do they want to use it to build hype around Rusev, or do they want to have the giant win the Andre the Giant match. I think it could go either way, but if I had to pick one I would pick Rusev to help build the rookie up.

The Shield vs Kane and the New Age Outlaws: Finally we get to the easier matches. To be honest I have not been following this story line very well, and really have no idea why it is happening. But right now The Shield are young and looking really good in the ring. So I would like to believe that the WWE would want to build these guys up even more by having them win a big match at WrestleMania against three long time veterans. The Shield is going nowhere but up in the business and this match is no different, The Shield wins.

WWE Tag Team Championship Fatal 4-way Match: The Usos won the tag titles a little more than a month ago and I do not think their reign as tag team champs is over yet. I really don't see Los Matadores as a top tag team yet in the WWE so I do not think they will win. Ryback and Curtis Axel just don't seem like guys that would make a good tag team, and they sure as hell don't look like they would be tag team champions. The Real Americans would have the best chance of winning the titles because they are extremely talented in the ring and have a good look and gimmick, but previous weeks show that they have not been on page with each other which will be their downfall. Winner The Usos.

John Cena vs Bray Wyatt: The Wyatts are in the same boat as The Shield, they both look extremely good in and out of the ring and their careers are going nowhere but up. Cena is a top guy, but the Wyatts need this WrestleMania win more than he does. WWE wants to build up their younger roster so I think Bray Wyatt will win this match.

The Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar: The streak will never be defeated. Not even former UFC champion Brock Lesnar will be enough to end the legendary 21-0 WrestleMania streak the Undertaker has. If the streak is still alive after 21 years there is no one that deserves to end it. It will go down in Wrestling history as one of the most impressive feats ever to be achieved by one man. Winner Undertaker.

Triple H vs Daniel Bryan: Daniel Bryan is the most over superstar with the fans and there is no way that Triple H will beat him at WrestleMania, especially because the winner will be inserted into the title match. Besides Triple H is old and is no longer competing anymore, so him in the title match would make no sense. Winner Daniel Bryan.

Randy Orton vs Batista vs Daniel Bryan: This WrestleMania is all about building up the younger superstars so that they can carry the torch once all the veterans are gone and this match is no different. Daniel Bryan will emerge as the WWE World Heavy Weight Champion. Batista and Orton are both great veteran superstars, but Daniel is too big to not be champion. Winner Daniel Bryan.

So there are my thoughts on who will win at WrestleMania 30. Agree or disagree? Feel free to leave a comment! Sorry if there is any grammar or spelling mistakes I wrote this at 4 a.m. I know it's not a good excuse but I am really tired.

How to fix Batista And WrestleMania

If you follow WWE Pro Wrestling you will know that Batista won the Royal Rumble and is set to headline WrestleMania 30. The problem is that many of the fans do not want to see Batista or are just not interested in him headlining the biggest event in wrestling. So here is what I am thinking could happen.

The next upcoming Pay-Per-View is The Elimination Chamber. Batista is as of right now (2-17-2014) set to face off against Alberto Del Rio at that PPV. Which to me doesn't really make sense unless they add a special stipulation to the match. Note this post is before today's Monday Night Raw, so if anything actually happens I did not know of it while writing this. During tonight's Monday Night Raw I think Alberto Del Rio will call out Batista and they will both argue with each other eventually leading to one of them or The Authority (Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon) adding the stipulation to the match that if Alberto Del Rio wins then Batista loses his WrestleMania main event match, or if Batista wins then Alberto Del Rio has to leave WWE. I think this is a good angle because many people think that Del Rio is not going to renew his upcoming contract and this is a way for him to make his exit. This would lead many people to think that Batista is going to win this match.

Now let's skip ahead to Elimination Chamber. How does Del Rio win? Batista has been destroying Del Rio during the previous weeks and looking very strong while doing so. So the question is, again, how does Del Rio win? The WWE wants to keep Batista looking strong because I do not think he will be out of WrestleMania completely, so they don't want Del Rio to beat him clean. I think that his match will be a no Disqualification match or the referee will get knocked out at some point in the match. Either of these two things will allow for some interference from the outside and not get Del Rio Disqualified. So who is going to interfere in the match? The person I think who will interfere is none other than Brock Lesnar. Lesnar has been on a rampage destroying other superstars to show Triple H and Stephanie that he is dominate enough to be a contender for the WWE World Heavy Weight title. What better way to prove that than to destroy the number one contender. So Brock will come when it looks like Del Rio is finished and beat the living hell out of Batista. Del Rio will cover and defeat Batista thus resulting in Batista no longer being apart of the main event of WrestleMania.

Now obviously Batista is not going to be happy about losing his main event spot and I think it will end up being Lesnar vs Batista at WrestleMania. If I had to pick someone other than Brock Lesnar to interfere with the match I think it would be CM Punk. Punk has not been seen since the Royal Rumble and many think that he has left the company because he was not happy with his match at WrestleMania. Some people think this is all part of a story line using social media and the internet to make it seem he really did leave the company. Whether you believe he really left the company or if you think it is all part of a story line the fact is that he has not been mentioned on Raw or SmackDown being apart of WrestleMania. So no one would expect CM Punk to be at the Elimination Chamber. Plus they could use the idea that Punk was not happy with his WrestleMania match to motivate him to interfere in Batista's match hoping that he can somehow take the spot from Batista.

That brings up the question, who is going to be in the main event of WrestleMania? It is also the biggest problem with this theory. I don't think WWE wants to change their main event only five or six weeks before WrestleMania. But let's say all this happens, what does WWE do? Here is what I think. They will either do another Royal Rumble like match the next day during Monday Night Raw and the winner gets the spot, or they will do a fatal four way or triple threat match with the top three or four superstars and the winner gets the spot. If they do the fatal four way or triple threat match I think they will make it an elimination match. The three or four participants will most likely be John Cena, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, and if it is a fatal four way add Sheamus or Christian. The match will come down to CM Punk or Daniel Bryan and one of them will get screwed by Corporate Kane. If Punk does not come back replace him with Brock Lesnar in the match and instead of Kane interfering Batista will interfere and cause Lesnar to lose, thus setting up their match.

And that is what I think will happen between now and WrestleMania. Feel free to comment if you agree or disagree with me.

A New Beginning

I originally made this blog because it was required for a class I took back in high school, but recently thought about actually using it to express my thoughts and opinions. I deleted everything from school and am starting a fresh new blog. I want to talk about current events and some hobbies of mine and maybe have some interaction with other people through the blog.
